We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every Revenue Leak Scanner report. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact Elgie Young support and we will help facilitate the refund with Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
